Nothing special. Normal sauce. Fried kung poh mantis – Nice snack. Thanks to the crispy texture it been created. Deep fried dumpling vs Dumpling in clear soup base – The ingredient is the same. Only the feeling of the bite making it different sense of taste. Fried give you a more tasty salty while the soft give you a more plain taste. Basically it do not give me any suprise Fried sang Cheung – This dish must try! Really delicious! I Love it very much. Its very springy. The dried shrimp, onion, garlic, chilies really bring out the frangance of the dish. Wish i have a bowl of rice in front of me. Yummy~~ Roasted pork with sang mee – another highlight dishes! Even though is a simple dishes, but it did have their own style. You gotta taste it yourself, then you know what I mean =) hehe Kong Fu Sang Har Sang Mien – A dishes full of ingredients. All the ingredients is in big shape like prawn, cabbage, carrot.. Felt like bit messy. Not attracted with it.
